Musa Collidge-Asad

As Chief Investment Officer, Musa Collidge-Asad is a core member of Inclusive Prosperity Capital’s leadership team, oversees execution of all investment transactions, and plays a critical role in determining the strategic direction of the organization. Previously, Musa was a Senior Officer with the World Bank and Global Environment Facility and held several executive roles for U.S.-based clean energy ventures and environmental finance organizations.

Apart from his professional career interests, Musa is an avid reader and traveler, former NCAA athlete (having been involved with competitive athletics through college and beyond), and proponent of human rights causes (including in the context of international human rights and religious freedom advocacy groups). The proud father of four children, he and his wife Humma (a dedicated professional teacher) share a lifelong commitment to education, knowledge, and making a contribution towards the betterment of society.

John Rathbun

John Rathbun is the Executive Director for the Northeast Clean Heat and Power Initiative (NECHPI) and has 38 years’ experience in the energy field. He is a CEM, Registered Commercial Gas Consultant and Certified Distributed Generation Consultant and was recognized by the US CHPA with a CHP Champion Award. John has recently retired from a 35-year career in the Utility Business with over 20 years’ experience in CHP, from gas sales and marketing to project development and management to most recently in the electrical interconnection process.

John has been involved with NECHPI for over 15 years and has served on the Board of Directors and as the Chair and now as the Executive Director.  He lives full time in his RV and just begun travels with his dog Monty around the lower 48 and Canada. He holds a B.S. degree in Alternative Energy and a AAS in Architecture.

Thomas Bourgeois

Thomas Bourgeois is the Deputy Director of the Pace Energy and Climate Center and Director of the U.S. Department of Energy’s New York/New Jersey Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Technical Assistance Partnership. Tom has authored and co-authored dozens of reports on Energy Efficiency, Combined Heat & Power, market analyses for Distributed Energy Systems, CHP and Hourly Pricing, and Optimizing Incentive Systems for Clean Energy technologies.

His recent work includes traditional and hybrid microgrids, community (district) geothermal heat pump systems, and controlled environment agriculture (CEA). Clients he’s worked with include government (U.S. DOE, Oak Ridge and Argonne National Labs, NYSERDA, NASEO, City of Boston and New York), private business (Booz Allen, Hitachi Microgrids, Cogen Power Technologies, Fuel Cell Energy, Green Energy Corp), NGOs (Natural Resources Defense Council and Environmental Defense Fund) and numerous foundations.

Tom was recipient of the U.S Clean Heat & Power Association’s 2008 CHP Champion Award and the Northeast CHP Initiatives 2014 NECHPI Award.
