William Dailey

Bill Dailey is a Founder and Vice President of The Standard Hydrogen Corporation (SHC). Mr. Dailey is involved in all aspects of SHC’s operations, including product and strategic development. Drawing on his previous 20 years as an attorney, Mr. Dailey manages the legal affairs of SHC, including contracts, fundraising, intellectual property development, and all other aspects of the SHC’s legal affairs. Mr. Dailey previously served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property for MTI MicroFuel Cells, Inc.

Bill is a named inventor on three issued U.S. patents. Mr. Dailey earned his J.D. from Albany Law School, an MBA from B.A. in economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, an MBA from The Lally School at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Technology, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.
