Ross Gould

Ross Gould joined the Business Network for Offshore Wind in 2020 as its Vice President of Supply Chain Development. He oversees the growth and evolution of the offshore wind supply chain as well as the industry’s workforce development. He is also responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating the Network’s Northeast Corridor strategy, including planning, policy and regulatory engagement, programs, and research.

Ross has a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane Law School at Hofstra University and a B.A. in psychology from Emory University. He is seen as an energy thought leader, authoring and co-authoring reports and papers, including New York State and the Jobs of Offshore Wind Energy, and most recently, The Demand for a Domestic Offshore Wind Energy Supply Chain.
