Rachel Rosen is a recovering landlord who understands the challenges real property owners face today. With her 27 years of experience in commercial and multifamily real estate, Rachel has walked many miles wearing the shoes of realtor, developer, and property manager.
Prior to joining WexEnergy, Rachel was President of Norry Management Corp. (Rochester, NY). At Norry, she managed millions of square feet of commercial office, multifamily residential and industrial properties across five states, with energy efficiency as a core tenet of increasing asset value and profitability.
Rachel joined the WexEnergy team in 2017 because she understood that WindowSkin® would be a game changer. Today, Rachel is the driving force behind Wex’s Go-to-Market strategy. She stands ready to help property owners and managers better understand how investing in energy efficient windows increase property values.
