Matteo Bellucci

Matteo Bellucci is the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Leader of GE Renewable Energy. He leads technical efforts around Additive, Automation, and Advanced Design Tools, to develop differentiated products and services across the broadest renewable energy portfolio in the industry, which combines onshore and offshore wind, blades, hydro, storage, utility-scale solar, and grid solutions as well as hybrid renewables and digital services offerings.

Matteo joined GE in 2007 with the Oil and Gas Business, as New Product Introduction Program Manager and then covered roles of increasing responsibility across GE Research and GE Additive. Prior to joining GE, Matteo was a Test Engineer for the world’s largest icing wind tunnel at the Italian Aerospace Research Center, where he worked with Lockheed Martin and Airbus on their respective F35, A380 and A400M qualification icing test campaigns.

Matteo holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Federico II University in Naples, Italy, and worked at the Von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics (Belgium) and Yale University.
