Joe Ambrosio has been involved in the electric and hybrid electric vehicle industry for 26 years and has worked closely with electric utilities, vehicle manufacturers, and technology development organizations. He has been awarded 11 U.S. patents in this subject area.
Currently, Joe is the CEO and President of Unique Electric Solutions (UES), a New York-based manufacturer of electric vehicle propulsion and energy storage systems. Joe and his team at UES are currently focused on developing national and New York State-based fleet programs such as all-electric delivery trucks with United Parcel Service (UPS), All-Electric buses with the Department of Buses of NYC MTA, and most major school buses fleets in New York City’s five boroughs. Joe is an active tenant of the AEC and a CEBIP member.
He is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
