Gabriel Cowles is the VP of Commercial Strategy and Finance at Urban Electric Power (UEP), where he manages revenue generation, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in the clean energy industry, Gabriel has successfully developed large-scale projects in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy storage across a range of sectors.
Prior to UEP, Gabriel worked at the New York Power Authority, where he developed and implemented the BuildSmartNY initiative. He has served as a moderator and speaker at various international events and is a graduate of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
