Connor Dolan

Connor Dolan is the Vice President of External Affairs for Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Energy Association. As Vice President of External Affairs, Connor oversees the Association’s outreach and advocacy activities, as well as association operations. Connor has worked for the association since 2010 building relationships and connections across the public and private sector to support the growth and development of the hydrogen and fuel cell industry. Connor has successfully advocated for establishment of clean hydrogen infrastructure programs, development of hydrogen and fuel cell tax policies, and expansion of hydrogen and fuel cell research and development funding within the Department of Energy.

Connor has previously worked for the Methanol Institute and the U.S. Fuel Cell Council. Connor has received a Master of Public Administration and Certificate in Nonprofit Management at Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Christopher Newport University.
