Christina Lampe-Onnerud

Dr. Christina Lampe-Onnerud is Founder and CEO of Cadenza Innovation, a growth-stage company providing safer, higher-performing, lower-cost lithium-ion batteries and energy storage solutions to the utility/grid, transportation and commercial and industrial sectors.

Earlier, Dr. Lampe-Onnerud was Founder, CEO and International Chairman of Boston-Power and held executive positions at Bridgewater Associates and Arthur D. Little, where she led one of the world’s largest independent testing laboratories.

Dr. Lampe-Onnerud serves as co-chair of Li-Bridge, a U.S. Department of Energy initiative committed to developing a robust, secure domestic supply chain for lithium-based batteries, and is a board member of the New York Battery and Energy Storage Technology (NY-BEST) Consortium. A two-time World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, Dr. Lampe-Onnerud previously chaired WEF’s Global Future Council on Energy Technologies. She is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Uppsala University, Sweden, and conducted post-doctoral work at MIT.
